AMBER ASYLUM drop the next advance track of their forthcoming new album „Ruby Red„. The dramatically built, yet longing and melancholic instrumental ‚The Morrigan‚ bears the name of a dark Old Irish goddess mainly associated with battle and war. The release of the tenth regular full-length of San Francisco’s neoclassical dark ambient quartet has been previously rescheduled to a new date on March 7, 2025.

AMBER ASYLUM comment: „In ‚The Morrigan‘, a driving instrumental, we invoke the ancient Irish-Celtic goddess who presides over battlefields, serving as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the inevitability of death“, frontwoman Kris Force reveals. „With powerful rhythms and captivating melodies, the track serves as a solemn meditation on life and death. Each note pulses with a primal energy, echoing the timeless cycle of birth, battle, and rebirth associated with the Morrigan. Through its raw intensity and unyielding momentum, the song beckons listeners to confront the harsh realities of mortality while embracing the transformative power of acceptance.“
